Backstory on why I had another ticket on the 4th Day,
I bought a return ticket at Weesam Express at their Cebu City office to make sure that I can return on Sunday. I asked the cashier for travel dates and time and she mentioned Saturday and Sunday 2:45 PM. Unfortunately, they only have 1 trip per day and I can’t go back on Saturday because it’s too early for me. So I told the lady to book me a return trip on SUNDAY. Out of excitement, I went already inside the Passenger Terminal 1 after getting the ticket without checking the details.
Long story short, while I was having my lunch at McDonald’s on the 4th Day, I checked my ticket and then there I found out that the date that was booked March 31 which was Saturday. So PALPAK sa tanang PALPAK!
I went to Weesam’s office and they said that they couldn’t refund the ticket and so I was left with no choice but to buy another. What a waste of money. 🙁
Lesson Learned: Always check your tickets after booking and before leaving the Ticketing Office.
Please always observe and practice #LeaveNoTrace principle.
